Spokane Storm Volleyball Club

Sportsmanship - We want our teams to demonstrate respect during play and after the game is over. We want to show them how to handle victory and defeat with grace and how to keep a volleyball game in perspective with the larger scheme of things.

Teamwork - We want them to enjoy competition through sports and learn to work as a team. As a team, and as individuals, it is through discipline, reliability, commitment and setting of goals that they will be successful. And have fun while doing it.

Opportunity - We want our players to have the opportunity to develop to the best of their abilities. We view every situation as a chance to learn and improve.

Respect - We expect our players, coaches and fans to have respect for their opponents, coaches, referees and team mates and to practice behavior that demonstrates this respect. Players should bring a good attitude and work ethic to the court and team practices that will flow over into game time.

Maturity - We hope our team members will learn new skills, develop, and continue to improve throughout their volleyball careers. That the lessons learned here from teamwork and competition will be of value to them later in life.
